This notice explains the public website and demonstration workspace. A client engagement receives its own scope, access boundaries, and data-handling terms.

No account is required to browse the site, compare services, use the engagement router, or explore the public workspace demonstration.
Public interactions are designed to avoid hidden submission. A booking request opens a draft in your email application; AEOS-VANGUARD receives it only if you choose to send it.
Information stored on your device
Saved services, display preferences, and changes made inside the fictional workspace demonstration may be stored in your browser. You can clear them by resetting the demo or clearing browser storage.
Typed navigation commands and prepared guide questions are handled within the page. Supported voice commands use your browser’s speech-recognition capability; AEOS-VANGUARD does not intentionally store the transcript.
Information you choose to send
If you email AEOS-VANGUARD, the message may include your name, organization, reply address, objective, timeline, and other context you provide. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card data, or unrelated sensitive information through a public inquiry.
Messages are used to evaluate fit, respond, scope work, maintain business records, and protect the integrity of communications.
Hosting and security data
The hosting and network providers supporting this site may process ordinary technical records such as IP address, request time, device or browser information, and security signals needed to deliver and protect the service.
AEOS-VANGUARD does not sell personal information collected through this public site.
Client engagements
Client work does not begin through this notice alone. Before private data, credentials, or systems are involved, the parties define the use case, accountable owners, minimum necessary access, handling requirements, authorization, and handoff or deletion obligations.
